Foreigners need to reduce military presence in Indian Ocean: envoy

TEHRAN- An Iranian diplomat at the UN issued a warning against the dangers posed by the military presence of extra-regional countries in the Indian Ocean, stating that locally driven regional security will be advantageous to the whole globe.
