    FM says Iran ready for nuclear talks based on September Document

    TEHRAN – Iran’s foreign minister on Sunday announced that Tehran is ready to negotiate, while preserving red lines, to “uphold the rights of the Iranian people and terminate sanctions” based on what the official had previously described as the September Document.
