Haniyeh assassination intended to drag US into war: commentary

TEHRAN - In a commentary on August 1, the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft said Israel’s assassination of Hamas’s political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran “around Pezeshkian’s inauguration is unlikely a coincidence.”
