Borrell: Iran has significant reservations regarding full implementation of JCPOA

TEHRAN – Josep Borrell, the European Union high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, has said Iran has “significant reservations” over a full implementation of the 2015 nuclear deal – JCPOA – given the “negative experience” that followed Donald Trump’s unilateral withdrawal from the hard-won agreement.
