Ardabil plans permanent venue for nomad migration festival

TEHRAN – A permanent venue for the Shahsavan nomad migration festival will be established in Bileh Savar county in Iran's northwestern Ardabil province under a project to create a nomadic Ecocamp, a provincial official said on Saturday.
