Iran, Mali sign MOU to enhance technical, vocational co-op

TEHRAN - Erfan Khosrovian, the president of the Technical and Vocational University of Iran, and Amadou Keita, the Malian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, discussed ways to expand technical and vocational cooperation.
