TEHRAN- In line with implementation of policies of government of the I. R. of Iran in order to improving investment in agricultural sector, increase in agricultural products, as well as generating job opportunities, Bank Keshavarzi granted facilities as much as Rls.12,368bn worth of credits during first seven months of the current Iranian calendar year of 1382 (started March 21), the Public Relations Dept. of Bank Keshavarzi announced.

The report added that the aforementioned figure showed 20 percent growth as compared to the corresponding figure of last year.

It should be mentioned that during this period, some of bank's granted facilities has earmarked to sectors of agricultural and horticultural, livestock and poultry, fish and shrimp farming, exploitation of forests and ranges, intermediate industries and agricultural services, handicrafts and carpet weaving.
