TEHRAN - The Majlis approved the outline of the amendment bill on Khorasan Province's division. According to the bill, the province will be divided into three provinces of northern Khorasan with the provincial capital of Bojnourd, southern Khorasan with Birjand as its capital, and Khorasan-e Razavi province with Mashhad as its capital.
