VIENNA -- Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs Mohammad-Hossein Adeli and Austrian Minister of Economy Martin Bartenstein in a meeting here on Monday called for Tehran-Kabul-Vienna cooperation in reconstructing the war-torn Afghanistan.

During the meeting, Adeli said that the Islamic Republic has proposed a plan based on which it will train the afghan people in various fields including carpets weaving, computer technology, sewing and agriculture.

According to the plan, providing information, man power and investment will be undertaken by Afghanistan, Iran and Austria respectively.

For his part, Bartenstein said that Iran plays a key role in the region due to its neighborhood with Afghanistan.

He added that Iran enjoys great capabilities to implement different projects in Afghanistan, specially in a substitute cultivation plant.
