Over $440m attracted for National Housing Movement Scheme
TEHRAN – Iran has mobilized 220 trillion rials (around $440 million) through bank loans and applicant contributions in the Previous Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20, 2025) to finance the construction of housing units in new towns under the National Housing Movement scheme, a senior official said.

Bank Maskan delivers 91,000 national housing units, awaits $2b capital boost
TEHRAN – Iran’s Bank Maskan (Housing Bank) has facilitated installment sales for 91,000 units under the National Housing Movement, using its financial resources, out of a total of 378,000 contracted units, the bank’s CEO said.

18,000 National Housing Movement units under construction in Khuzestan
TEHRAN- Some 18,000 units of the National Housing Movement plan are under construction in the cities and villages of Khuzestan province, in the southwest of Iran, Amirhossein Jafarzadeh, deputy of Housing and Building Office of Khuzestan Transport and Urban Development Department, announced.
