Over $440m attracted for National Housing Movement Scheme

TEHRAN – Iran has mobilized 220 trillion rials (around $440 million) through bank loans and applicant contributions in the Previous Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20, 2025) to finance the construction of housing units in new towns under the National Housing Movement scheme, a senior official said.

Bank Maskan delivers 91,000 national housing units, awaits $2b capital boost

TEHRAN – Iran’s Bank Maskan (Housing Bank) has facilitated installment sales for 91,000 units under the National Housing Movement, using its financial resources, out of a total of 378,000 contracted units, the bank’s CEO said.

Over 2,000 ha of lands provided for National Housing Movement units in 100 days

TEHRAN- As announced by the Iranian Transport and Urban Development Ministry, 2,046 hectares of land have been provided for the construction of National Housing Movement units across the country in the first 100 days of the current government administration’s office.

TEHRAN- The head of National Land and Housing Organization of Iran said 48,000 hectares of land have been allocated to the implementation of the National Housing Movement in urban regions, IRNA reported.

Number of National Housing Movement units exceeds 2.6m

TEHRAN- The number of National Housing Movement units has exceeded 2.6 million throughout the country, Abolfazl Norouzi, director general of the Housing Economy Office of the Ministry of Transport and Urban Development, announced.

IRHF constructing over 730,000 National Housing Movement units across Iran

TEHRAN – As announced by the head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation (IRHF), the foundation is constructing 731,087 units of the National Housing Movement across the country of which 250,892 units have been completed and handed over to the owners.
