TEHRAN (Mehr News Agency) – Iran will play its first match in the Asian Men’s Volleyball Championships against Qatar in Tianjin, northeastern China, on September 5.

Iran-Qatar match will kick off in the Chinese port at 14:00 local hours.

On September 6, Iran is to meet Japan at 21:00 and will fight against New Zealand in another preliminary match on September 7.

Iran will start their clash against the Kiwis at 14:00.

The Iranian team will play either South Korea or India if it books a berth in the next round.
