KHORRAMSHAHR, Khuzestan province (IRNA) -- On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the liberation of Khorramshahr, a naval maneuver will be held on May 21 in the northwestern areas of the Persian Gulf.

Mohammad Taqi Hejazi, an official from the Khorramshahr naval base, told reporters here on Friday that the maneuver dubbed as "851" will be held in 3 phases.

The aim of this 3-day maneuver is promotion of professional skills and new educational technology.
