Bahrain rejects any foreign interference in Iran’s affairs

TEHRAN (IRNA) – Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmad al-Khalifa said on Monday that Manama rejects any foreign interference in Iran’s domestic affairs.

In a meeting with Iran’s Ambassador to Manama Hossein Amir Abdollahian, he said Iranian leaders are wise enough to handle any kind of situations.
Bahraini leaders are interested in further expansion of all-out ties with Iran, he said, adding that Manama attaches importance to stability and security of the Islamic Republic.
He further underlined the need for respecting diplomatic rules between different countries.
For his part, the Iranian envoy appreciated Manama’s friendly stands regarding the Islamic Republic’s security and stability.
He voiced Iran’s readiness to bolster bilateral relations with Bahrain.
