Slovakian trade delegation due in Tehran today

TEHRAN- A high ranking Slovakian trade delegation led by the country’s Deputy Prime Minister for Investments and Information Peter Pellegrini will arrive in Tehran Today to discuss issues of mutual interest with Iranian private sector and entrepreneurs, IRNA reported on Monday.

As reported, Slovakia’s Economy Minister Peter Žiga and Finance Minister Peter Kazimir will accompany the delegation, comprised of representatives from 35 Slovakian private companies, during the trip to Iran.

Today, the Slovakian delegation will attend a forum in the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) to confer on development of mutual ties with the organization’s head Mansour Moazzami in the fields of energy, oil, gas, transportation, wagon, finance and Information Technology (IT).

IDRO has expressed readiness for bilateral cooperation with Slovakian industrial companies in Iran’s post-sanctions era.

Holding Iran-Slovakia Joint Economic Committee meeting would be another issue to be discussed by the two sides.

The visiting delegation will also pay a visit to Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA) today.
