‘Boosting LPG exports an agenda of NIGC’s next year’s activities’

TEHRAN- Increasing exports of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will be an agenda of National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC)’s activities in the next Iranian calendar year (starts on March 21, 2019), the managing director of company announced.

Hassan Montazer Torbati said a huge amount of LPG is currently produced in the country which could be exported to the global markets, Shana reported on Monday.

As previously announced, NIGC exported 7.1 million tons of LPG in the first half of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21-September 22, 2018).

The country earned $250 million of income through exporting LPG in the first half of the present year.
