Non-Resident Iranians Contribute to School Construction in Iran

TEHRAN Non-resident Iranians donated some Rls.460 million for the construction plans of the northwestern Province of Ardebil.
Head of the Charity Found of School Construction said Iranians residing in the U.S. donated an amount of Rls.350 million' while an Iranian woman living in Austria donated Rls.110 million.
Javad Qoran-Nevis said both amounts were spent on construction of schools in the province. He added another school was constructed previously in Sarein, Ardebil by the help of an Iranian.
He continued that some 15 school construction projects are underway by the aids of Iranians either living in Iran or abroad. He underlined that the visit of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution to the province has been very helpful is settling the educational problems.
