In accordance with the Public Relations of the Ministry of Health, following presentation of proposal for formation of the joint educational scheduling committee, related to health and treatment, the country 's Research & Educational Scheduling Organization agreed with the establishment of the said committee.

The goal behind the establishment of this committee, is to study the trend of revision of the medical texts, stated in textbooks, updating the texts, and provision of the grounds for promotion of the health culture in the country via publishing people's needed texts in books.
