TEHRAN Participation in the June 8 presidential elections is the duty of everyone in order to safeguard their rights, said the vice-speaker of the Majlis, Mohammad Reza Khatami Tuesday night in Firouzkouh.

Addressing a gathering at the city's Jame' Mosque, Dr. Khatami said that today the country is choosing a path, adding that it needs committed and patient people.
