TEHRAN (Mehr News Agency) -- Seyed Mahdi Shahrokhi broke the youth shot-put record of Iran during a training camp in China Sunday, said the Track-and-Field Federation.

In an official event sponsored by the Chinese Athletics Federation, Shahrokhi improved the country's record by 16cm as he threw the shot 18.36 meters.
