Iran Making Documentaries in Iraq, Afghanistan and Lebanon
The documentaries are to depict the status of living in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Lebanon and are due to be broadcast on Iranian TV in winter.
The documentaries focus largely on the hardships and difficulties of living and the problems wrought by recent wars in the region.
The filming group in Afghanistan reviews the life of the people before and after the U.S. attack and holds talks with people, government officials, and businessmen. Also the effect of the two cultures of east and west as well as the damages inflicted on the country are depicted. Issues of hijab, presence of women in the cities, girls and boys schools as well as education are also depicted in the documentary.
In Lebanon, the group is focusing on giving an entire outlook of the country besides the districts invaded frequently by the Zionists and the social and economical status of the people.
Iraq after U.S. invasion and the negative effects of Saddam’s government on the country and people are to be depicted.
