TEHRAN (Fars News Agency) -- Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyed Mohammad Ali Hoseini said that the rocket attack on Iran's consulate in Basra, southern Iraq has fortunately caused no casualties or damage to properties.
Hoseini said that security arrangements and measures have tightened up to facilitate primary investigations.
"Continued presence of the occupiers in Iraq is posing increasing threats to the security status of that country while terrorists aggravate instability and insecurity through occupiers' support and on the pretext of their presence in Iraq," the Foreign Ministry Spokesman concluded.
