TEHRAN – After the installation of AB-elevated deck on Abuzar platform last Sept., 210 to 220 thousand barrels of oil are extracted per day, said the platform manager on Sunday.

The daily production capacity of the platform is 230 thousand barrels, Mohammad-Hossein Bakhodaii said on the sidelines of the 12th International Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Exhibition at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground.

The projects implemented on the platform are valued at $216 million.

Abuzar oil platform is in west of the Kharg Island, the Persian Gulf.
