TEHRAN – Iran and some foreign companies have established a committee to study on Iran’s heavy oil, said a member of National Iranian Oil Company’s (NIOC) board of directors here Tuesday.

Talking to MNA, Mohammad Emadi named Saudi Aramco, Brazil’s Petrobras, Norway’s Statoil, and Kuwait as the foreign members of the committee.

The committee is scheduled to discuss the promotion of the product and its refinement, he said.
