Qom Seminary Supreme Council Seconds Warning on Cultural Invasion

QOM The Supreme Council of the Qom Seminary in a statement has expressed appreciation for the leader's enlightning speech on the creeping cultural assault targetting Iranian people's faith. The statement, a copy of which was given to IRNA on Thursday, reads: It's been a while that the enemies of Islam and the Islamic government, frustrated in their earlier conspiracies, have unleashed an assault on our cultural frontiers.
Stating that the Qom Seminary's Ulema are wary of the enemies new assault and the group of the press which have targeted the youth's faith, the statement said that such assaults on the pillars of the Islamic system including the Velayat (guardianship of jurisprudent) cannot be considered to be accidental. In conclusion, the council calls on the relevant authorities to severely deal with the group of the press whose work is strengthening the enemies conspiracies.
