Money-rich City made an unsuccessful bid for the England skipper last season and they have again failed in their attempts to bring the centre-back to Eastlands. The size of the offer has not been revealed, but Chelsea insist that Terry is not for sale and that the 28-year-old is totally committed to the cause at Stamford Bridge.
A statement on the club's official website said: ""We can confirm we have completely rejected an offer from Manchester City for John Terry.
