TEHRAN -- After a two-year hiatus, Donya-ye Tasvir Cinematic and TV Films Celebration will be held at the Milad Tower on March 5.

The celebration used to be held each year by the Persian cinematic monthly Donya-ye Tasvir (Picture World). The magazine was banned in March 2008 and republished about a year later.
“We will hold a press conference at the venue of the monthly to explain the details of the celebration,” the monthly’s managing Ali Mo’allem told the Persian service of Fars News Agency.
Mo’allem who is also the secretary of the gala added that 25 Hafez Prizes would be presented to selected works from the past two years.
He was a member of the jury in the International Section of the 28th Fajr International Film Festival this year.
