LONDON (AP) – A British official says Libya's former Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa is traveling to Doha to spill details on Moammar Gadhafi's regime.

The official says that Koussa is going there to meet with Qatari officials as well as a “a range of other Libyan representatives.” The official spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the situation.
Britain's Foreign Office confirmed the trip in a statement Tuesday, saying that Koussa was “a free individual, who can travel to and from the U.K. as he wishes.”
