TEHRAN, July 24 (MNA) – Nabil al-Arabi, the secretary general of the Arab League, has said that Iran has never been hostile towards Egypt.

“Iran has never been Egypt’s enemy and has never had enmity against Egypt; there have been diplomatic relations between Iran and Egypt through their interests section offices since 1994,” Al-Arabi, former Egyptian foreign minister, said in an interview with Fars news agency in Cairo
