Iranian new consuls general appointed

TEHRAN– The Iranian Foreign Ministry has appointed new consuls general to Georgia, Germany, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, the Mehr News Agency learned.The ministry has named Arzajani as the first Iranian consul general in Batumi, Georgia. Darvishvand has also been appointed as the consul general in Peshawar, Pakistan. Amiri was also named Iran’s consul general in Munich. Arablou is reportedly named as the consul general in Mazar Sharif, Afghanistan.
