TEHRAN -- Head of Kermanshah Province's Police Information Dissemination Center Colonel Ahmad Khosroabadi said in Kermanshah Sunday that over 43 kg of narcotics have been seized in the province in the last week.

He told IRNA that the haul included 42.6 kg of opium, 1.1 kg of heroin and 0.8 kg of hashish.

Meanwhile, the police command and control center of Mazandaran province said Sunday that 19 kg of illicit drugs have been seized in the last 48 hours throughout the province.
