Iran, Japan Should Broaden Ties Based on Common Historical Background
He added that President Mohammad Khatami's official visit to Japan last year provided a favorable opportunity for broadening of bilateral ties in various political, economic and cultural fields.

Japan's ambassador and his accompanying delegation are due to tour Alisadr Cave, Bu Ali Sina's mausoleum, Hegmataneh Hill and several historical and cultural centers in Hamedan.
