BEIT-UL-MOQADDAS -- Israeli officials were preparing Saturday to head for Washington in a bid to secure 12 billion dollars in emergency aid ahead of an anticipated war on Iraq, as the United States again criticized its ally for its actions in the Palestinian territories.
