TEHRAN – Iran will dispatch second-string basketball side to the Syrian capital Damascus Monday to compete at Stankovic Cup.

According to the federation, the competitions will start on July 20.

Lebanon, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, and India are in Group A and Syria, Qatar, South Korea, Mongolia, and Iran have been drawn in Group B.

Iran will take on host country Syria in its opening match.
