Farshchian to donate latest work to Astan-e Qods Razavi Museum

TEHRAN -- New Jersey-based Iranian miniaturist and painter Mahmud Farshchian plans to donate his latest work “The Intercessor of Judgment Day”, which is inspired by the personality of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (SA), to the Astan-e Qods Razavi Museum of Mashhad when it is completed.
“The artwork will be finished in one month. I will travel to Iran after the work’s completion to donate it to the Astan-e Qods Razavi Museum,” Farshchian told CHN.He stated that he created this work, and some earlier paintings, too, to honor the Household of Prophet Muhammad (S).
Farshchian previously donated 11 of his artworks to the Astan-e Qods Razavi Museum, including the paintings “Evening of Ashura” and “Ali-Asghar”
