NEW DELHI -- India's Upper House (Rajya Sabha) deputy chairperson, Najma Heptullah in her meeting with the Head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Mahmoud Mohammadi Araqi, on Friday emphasized on the establishment of Indian cultural centers in Tehran.

Referring to the upcoming visit of President Mohammad Khatami to India, the two sides also stressed the need for expansion and strengthening of cultural relations between the two countries, reported IRNA.
