Chairman of Majlis Judicial Commission Nasser Qavami on Sunday said that any link between Iran and the former regime of Afghanistan is "out of question" considering the differences of opinion between the two sides that existed from the formation of the Taleban to their demise.

He stressed that Iran will never forget that the "ossified" group murdered eight Iranian diplomats and an IRNA reporter in Mazar-i-Sharif in 1998.
