MOSCOW- Tehran advocates the "soonest consultations with Moscow on reduction of foreign military presence in Central Asia," special envoy of Iran's president Mahdi Safari said in an interview with Tass on Thursday. Safari is currently in Moscow to attend tenth meeting of the special working group of representative of the Caspian "group of five."
