TEHRAN (Mehr News Agency) – Iran's Journalists Day was commemorated in a ceremony held in Tehran's Sports Hotel on Wednesday.

During the ceremony sponsored by the Mehr News Agency and the Basij Sports Organization, 18 sports reporters and photojournalists received plaques of honor.

The ceremony was also attended by the president of Iran's Volleyball Federation, Mohammad Yazdani-Khorram, and the president of Iran's Taekwando Federation, Mohammad Pouladgar, who briefed the participants on the activities of their organizations.
