TEHRAN (Mehr News Agency) – World freestyle wrestling champion in 1973, Mansour Barzegar, was picked Saturday to coach Iran’s national side.

The runner-up of 1976 Montreal Olympics, who had already refused to undertake the responsibility at last agreed retake the job.

Barzegar, the world silver medalist in 1974 and 1975, was the national manager in 1992 Barcelona, 1996 Atlanta, and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
