TEHRAN -- “To Be or Not to Be” by Kianush Ayyari and “A Little Kiss” by Bahman Farmanara will be screened next month in the Special Diseases Film Festival, ISNA reported on Sunday.

The first Special Diseases Film Festival will be held from May 15 to 19 in Tehran.

There will be long and short film sections with documentary and feature subsections, and three foreign films will be screened during the festival.

Several workshops are also scheduled to be held, and people with special diseases will be participating in the festival.

Over fifty short films have been submitted to the secretariat of the festival.

Filmmakers interested in participating should submit their movies by April 30.

The secretary of the festival, filmmaker Puran Derakhshandeh, is also participating in the festival with one film in the non-competition section.
