TEHRAN – Iran, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Egypt, and Germany booked berths in the semifinals of the 9th World Sitting Volleyball Championships in the Netherlands Thursday.

The title hopeful Iran extended its winning streak, crushing Croatia 3-0 and advancing to the last four.

Bosnia & Herzegovina, Iran’s archrival, thrashed the Netherlands in straight sets while Germany beat the Chinese side 3-1 and Egypt narrowly edged past Russia 3-2.

In the semifinals, Iran takes on Germany and Bosnia & Herzegovina plays Egypt.
