* An exhibition of realistic paintings and portraits by Bahman Khalaj is underway at the Marefat Gallery of the Tafakkor Cultural Center.

Entitled “The Painter’s Narration of Global Poverty”, the exhibition runs until June 28 at the gallery on Shahran Blvd., Shahr-e Ziba.

The exhibition features nine works on the themes of social delinquencies and migration and runs until June 28 at the gallery at 78, Azodi (S. Aban) St., Karimkhan Zand Ave.

* An exhibition of cartoons by Nima Faez opens on June 27 at the Iran’s House of Cartoon located at No. 60, Ketabi Sq., W. Gol Nabi-Hemmat Highway intersection.

The event features 40 works and runs though July 6.
