RIYADH (IRNA) -- The Saudi-based daily, Algeria, quoting the Institute of Tel Aviv University, said that the U.S. and Israeli regime were flummoxed by Iran's noted success in nuclear technology.

It added that Iran managed to develop its nuclear technology during 2005-2006.

The "U.S. and its allies are facing a difficult situation on account of Iran's political achievements over the past two years and its success in producing nuclear energy.

"The Zionist regime's defeat in the 33-day war it had launched in Lebanon and the U.S. inability to promote stability and security in Iraq raise questions on the U.S. power," added the Saudi daily.
