TEHRAN (IRNA) -- An official at Iran's judiciary declared on Tuesday that Haleh Esfandiari one of detained Iranian-American accused of conspiracy against the country was released on bail on Tuesday.

Judiciary spokesman Alireza Jamshidi announced last week that preliminary investigation into the case of Haleh Esfandiari and Kian Tajbakhsh accused of conspiring against the country is over.
Decision on their release is among the responsibilities of their judge and their final status would be revealed in court.
Esfandiari and Tajbakhsh stand accused of conspiring against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Tehran Deputy Prosecutor for Security Affairs Hassan Haddad had earlier announced that investigation into Haleh Esfandiari and Kian Tajbakhsh's case is over
