TEHRAN – Iran’s housing and urban development minister announced here on Monday that the government will provide people with 70 percent of a residential unit’s price by allotting facilities and rental lands.

Mohammad Saeidikia added that the government is to provide the constructors with lands for 1.5 million houses.
He announced that the ministry will issue the permit for construction and will allot a 140 million rial ($15 thousand) loan for each unit, adding the government allocates lands under appropriation condition.
