Ground fertile for Iran-N.Korea economic cooperation: Mottaki

TEHRAN - The ground is fertile for economic and trade cooperation between Tehran and Pyongyang, Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki told his North Korean counterpart Pak Ui-chun here on Wednesday.

Mottaki said Iran is determined to expand cooperation with North Korea in mines industry, manufacturing cars, and construction sector.
The Iranian foreign minister also welcomed a future visit to Tehran by North Korean leader Kim Jong-il.
Pak Ui-chun, who was in Tehran to attend the Non-Aligned Movement’s conference on Human Rights and Cultural Diversity, stated that the North Korean officials have a great respect for Iran.
“We have prioritized relations with Iran and will do our utmost to develop it,” he added.
Pak also invited Mottaki to visit his country
