TEHRAN – Iran’s South Pars (SP) phases 1-5 have so far exported over 258 million barrels of gas condensates, the Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) reported on Wednesday.

The last stage of exports from the phases exceeded 164,000 barrels through Pars dock in Assaluyeh, southern Iran.
Given the last figure, 258 million barrels of remunerative condensates have been up to now exported by the phases.
The phases have produced 155.684 billion cubic meters of natural gas that has been injected into the national grid after undergoing refining processes.
Accounting for 14 trillion cubic meters of gas reserve, the giant SP gas field has over 18 billion barrels of condensates.
The POGC is affiliated to the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), which is in charge of development projects of South Pars, North Pars, Golshan, and Ferdows gas fields in southern Iran.
