TEHRAN – The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) will grant Oscar Award to Iran’s basketball chief Mahmud Mashhun in Italy on Feb. 11.

The world governing body is to give the award for Iran’s recent successes including championship in the Asian meet in Japan, qualification for 2006 Olympic Games in China, and championship in the first indoor games in Macau
