TEHRAN –- “An Out of Tune Symphony”, the latest play by veteran Iranian actor and director Atila Pesyani, will be staged at Molavi Hall starting on December 13.

The work written by Puria Azarbaijani and Atila Pesyani tells the story of a playwright who hears that his play has been banned just a few days before the opening of a theater festival where it had been scheduled to be staged.
------Shamlu’s translation to be republished after 50 years
TEHRAN -- A collection of translations by Ahmad Shamlu, including the Persian version of Mor Jokai’s “The Heartless Man’s Sons”, will be published by Sales Publications.
Shamlu’s translation of the book was published in serialized form in a literary magazine 50 years ago.
Mor Jokai (1825–1904), also known as Maurus Jokai, was a Hungarian dramatist and novelist.
