TEHRAN - Iranian Majlis Speaker Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel is scheduled to visit Cairo next week to attend the fifth Conference of Islamic Countries’ Parliament Speakers, Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee spokesman Kazem Jalali said here on Monday.

The Islamic Republic has prepared 6 proposals to present to the conference, which will be held in Cairo on January 30-31, Jalali told the Mehr News Agency.
Haddad-Adel’s visit is considered an international trip and is not within the framework of mutual relations with Egypt, however, he will meet some Egyptian officials, he stated
